Customer Relation Specialist

Amy Breuchel is proud to be part of the Senica Insurance team, where she focuses on helping Wisconsin families and businesses find coverage that fits their unique needs. Born and raised in Stoughton, WI, Amy has built her career around customer care, from her 10 years as a Senior Pharmacy Technician at Walgreens to running a successful in-home daycare and later serving as an intake coordinator for a home health agency. These roles taught her the importance of trust, detail, and personal service — qualities she now brings to every insurance conversation.

Outside of work, Amy enjoys cheering on her sons, Logan and Remi, and spending time with her stepdaughter. Her home is lively with two dogs and two cats, and she loves projects like home rehab, gardening, and creating her family’s elaborate Halloween displays. With her fiancé Dustin, she also enjoys riding their Harley, attending car shows, and exploring antique shops.

Amy takes pride in listening closely to her customers and guiding them toward insurance solutions that provide real peace of mind.
